Is Mahayograj Guggulu effective for managing joint pain and what precautions should I take? - #22558

I am feeling really lost right now. So, I've been dealing with some serious joint pain, like, all over. It's been a few months, and it doesn’t seem to go away. I tried some conventional meds, but they were giving me awful side effects. So, I started looking into Ayurvedic stuff and came across this mahayograj guggulu thing. I've read that it can help with pain and inflammation, but I'm a bit skeptical. I mean, I tried some other stuff before, and nothing worked. Is mahayograj guggulu really effective for joint pain? Like, how long does it normally take to feel something? I've been scared to commit, especially with how my stomach has been lately after taking those meds, and I don’t want to mess it up more. Have any of you guys used mahayograj guggulu, and did it help? Also, what should I be careful with while using it? If I take it, is there anything I need to combine it with? So confused! Thanks for any help!!
