I am feeling kinda all over the place lately. Like, my focus is just not there anymore, and honestly, it’s driving me nuts! I've been hearing a lot about brahmi vati benefits from a few friends who swear by it. They say it helps with mental clarity and reduces anxiety or something like that. But I’m wondering if it really works? Last week, I tried to work on a project but got distracted every five minutes. Has anyone seen serious results from brahmi vati? I really need something to help me out, and I'm just not sure if this is the answer.

You need to take bhrami vati in the dose of 2tabs twice a day preferable with a cup of milk.

Would also suggest you to do ANULOMVILOM pranayam and TRATAK pranayam… It will give you miraculous results
