I am really confused about this whole thing with ashwagandha. I've been hearing all my friends talk about it, and honestly, I’m not sure what does ashwagandha do exactly. A month ago, I started feeling really anxious and stressed all the time, like I can't focus anymore. My doctor suggested some supplements, and I read online that ashwagandha is supposed to help with stress and might even improve sleep. But I’m curious, what does ashwagandha do for anxiety specifically? I've started taking it, and I think I feel a tiny bit better, but I'm not sure if it's actually working or if it's just in my head, you know? I've had these crazy mood swings too, and I'm wondering if ashwagandha can help with that or if I'm just chasing my tails trying to find a quick fix. Also, does it have any side effects?
