Depression, anxiety and panic attacks can deeply affect both your mental and physical state, often disrupting daily life significantly. Classical Ayurveda offers insights and remedies tailored to rebalance your body and mind. The issues you’re experiencing such as lack of interest, poor concentration, and desire for isolation might be indicators of imbalances primarily in the Vata dosha, possibly aggravated by Kapha as well.

First step is grounding. To pacify Vata, try establishing a routine that respects your body’s natural rhythms. Wake up and sleep at the same time daily. Warm, cooked, and slightly oily foods are beneficial– consider including dishes like khichdi or stews. Avoid processed, cold, or dry foods.

Also, incorporate herbs known in Ayurveda to balance your mind. Ashwagandha can help with stress and anxiety– take it as 500 mg powder mixed in warm milk before bedtime. Brahmi is another excellent choice for anxiety and cognition; it can be taken as a tea or powder mix.

Try to cultivate mindful breathing—Pranayama can be exceptionally helpful. Practice Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) for 5-10 minutes daily. It helps with both anxiety and panic attacks, relaxing your mind.

Meditation should be an integral part of your efforts. Even a short daily practice can create a calm space within. Initially, sit quietly for 10 minutes focusing on your breath or a simple mantra like “So Hum.”

Regarding your suicidal thoughts, it’s crucial to seek immediate professional help. Reach out to a mental health professional who can provide the guidance and support necessary for your condition. Please don’t delay in accessing this essential support, your safety and well-being is paramount.

Finally, stay connected with trusted friends or family. Sharing your thoughts with someone can lighten your burden. Though this journey may seem difficult, remember that healing is a layered process—take it one day at a time.

Depression and other disorders related to the mind can only be treated when you make up ur mind to get rid of them.

❌ Try and avoid the trigger factors as much possible. Anxiety is a state of mind which you can surely control by altering your thoughts…

Just note the patterns n timings of the feeling and make yourself busy in that time… If you have nothing to do at that time simple do some physical activity or go for a walk or if it is possible for you concentrate on your breath(which most of the people find difficult to do)

🧘‍♀️ Anulomvilom and Bhramari Pranayam will help. But you have to do it early in the morning only.

❌ Donot get yourself into any addictions.

❌ Donot drink tea or coffee or aerated drinks.

❌ Reduce screen time… No screen in darkness and 1 hour before you sleep. Consume audio form of data rather than visuals before you sleep. Filter the content of data you consume… Let it be spiritual or positive… too much motivation can also cause depression.

✔️ Drink a glass of buffalo milk daily before you sleep; it will help you get a sound sleep.

✔️ 100 steps after both meals are must.

✔️ Eat only home cooked food… Avoid outside food, packed and processed food.

✔️ Prefer natural liquids like fruit juice, coconut water, lemon juice, kokum sharbat over packed ones.

💊 Medication: 💊

Panchendriya Vardhan Tailam 2 drops in each nostril early in the morning empty stomach.

Cap. Memorin(S.G.Phytopharma) 2 caps twice a day before food.

Syp. Prasham 4 tsp at bed time with lukewarm water. Tab. Manasmitra Vatak 2 tabs at bed time.
