I am really struggling with some joint pain lately, especially in my knees. I did some research and stumbled upon this idea about how to increase synovial fluid ayurveda. So, my friend, who is like super into natural remedies, said that maybe Ayurveda could help me out with this issue. I've been feeling quite stiff, and when I bend my knees, it's like they just crack, which doesn't feel great! I read that synovial fluid is kinda important for joint health—like it cushions the joints or something, right? I tried a couple of things, like drinking warm water with ginger and turmeric, thinking it might help. But honestly, I don’t know if that’s enough or if there are specific herbs or foods I should be focusing on to how to increase synovial fluid ayurveda-style. And ugh, what about exercises? Are there any gentle ones you recommend? I'm a bit worried this stiffness might get worse if I don't do something soon. Any advice would be super helpful! Thanks a ton!
