I am really confused about how to take swasari pravahi with water. I've been dealing with some serious respiratory issues lately—like wheezing and that tight feeling in my chest. My friend suggested swasari pravahi and said it could help, but I’m not sure of the best way to take it. I read somewhere that mixing it with water helps, but how exactly? Should I take it at a specific time of day? I've tried just taking it straight before meals, and that didn't feel quite right. Also, do I need to drink a lot of water after taking it? I really want to make sure I’m doing it correctly. Felt kinda silly after I mixed it with hot water yesterday, and now I’m worried I might’ve messed it up. I’m just hoping to breathe easier soon.
