Eating raw rice and clay over an extended period can potentially lead to digestive disturbances and mineral imbalances. Your habit of consuming these items might have affected your digestive fire or agni, leading to occasional discomfort. Ayurveda suggests focusing on stabilizing and strengthening your digestive system to alleviate such issues. Begin by reducing and eventually eliminating the intake of raw rice and clay. Both can interfere with nutrient absorption and might contribute to stomach discomfort. The white discharge you're experiencing can sometimes be linked to imbalanced agni and diet-related issues within Ayurveda. Here are some tangible steps to consider: Firstly, drink warm water throughout the day to enhance digestive fire. Warm water is known to facilitate digestion and cleanse the system naturally. Since you are a classical music singer, incorporating pranayama, specifically Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing), might aid in balancing your doshas and supporting your respiratory system, which also contributes to digestion. Include ginger in your daily diet – you can consume a small piece of fresh ginger before meals, or brew ginger tea. Ginger is an excellent promoter of digestion and assimilation of nutrients. Emphasize eating freshly cooked meals that are warm and easy to digest. Avoid processed, canned, and cold foods. Reckon including turmeric in your dishes, as it holds anti-inflammatory properties, which may soothe your digestive tract. About your white discharge, it’s common in young individuals undergoing various hormonal changes. However, if it persists with discomfort or pain, it would be wise to consult a healthcare professional. For your unique constitution and condition, maintain a balanced diet appropriate for your dosha, and avoid foods that exacerbate imbalance. Engaging in a regular routine can stabilize your physical and mental state, which is great for both your digestion and singing.
