I am just really stressed lately with my health. A few months ago, I went for my routine check-up and the doctor said I have fatty liver grade 2. I did some research and heard about how to reverse fatty liver grade 2 through diet and lifestyle changes, but honestly, I feel a bit lost. My diet is kinda unhealthy, I guess — too much junk food and not enough veggies, ugh! And I don't exercise as much as I should. I tried cutting back on sugar, but sometimes I give in to cravings and it makes me feel guilty. I want to know how to reverse fatty liver grade 2, like, what specific foods should I eat or completely avoid? Do herbal remedies work?
