I am dealing with worst heartburn stuff that keeps coming back, like all day long! It's really messing up my life, ya know? I went to a doc and they said I got GERD, which sounds scary. I've tried different meds, but they just mask the problem. However, I heard about how to cure gerd permanently in ayurveda and now I’m super curious. I think my diet is part of the issue. I eat late sometimes—like, who doesn’t love a midnight snack, right? Anyway, I've been experiencing bloating and that acid taste in my mouth a lot! I tried some home remedies, like ginger and sipping on warm water, but nothing sticks for long. Are there any specific foods or herbs that really help? Also, how long does it take, like, to see results if I go the ayurveda way? Kinda feel lost here! I just want to enjoy my meals again without worrying about this gerd thing.
