My fissure healed from past 2 month but Iam getting itching episodes like something is crawling inside even though it occurs only after bowel movement andIdon't have constipation alsoIwill be much thankful if any permanant solution for this

Sir fissure has been healed . But morning after bowel movement after washing then I get more itching for 1 or 2 hours then it’s normal . Pls sir help me out to solve .
