Daily morning am struggling to finish my morning routine and my belly is very stubborn and it keep on increasing , am 41 years old now . Already I suffered due to auto immune disorder and now almost it’s been cured . Now am having the itchy skin at my legs alone . Often I used to face the digestive issues which causes severe headache and gastric issues
