I am feeling really confused and worried, and hope someone can help! A while back, I started dealing with some digestion issues. I mean, it's been pretty terrible, with bloating, gas, and this constant heaviness in my stomach. A friend told me about this thing called Malabar Pachanamritham Kashayam, saying it’s great for gut health. I never heard of it before, but he swears by it! I tried it for about 2 weeks, and honestly, at first, it seemed to help a bit. Maybe I was just wishful thinking, but the bloating seemed less sometimes? But then it all got worse again. Ugh! The other day, I actually did a test, and it showed some mild inflammation in my digestive tract. Super scary, right? My mom mentioned that when she was younger, she used Malabar Pachanamritham Kashayam for similar issues with astounding results.
