I am feeling really overwhelmed lately and could use some advice. I've been dealing with this constant fatigue and digestive problems, and a friend recommended I try Vaidyaratnam Danthyarishtam. I’ve heard it’s supposed to be good for digestive issues, but I haven't really looked into it yet.
