I am feeling really confused and a bit overwhelmed with my health lately. For the past few months, I've been dealing with these on-and-off digestive issues. Like, some days I’m fine, and then suddenly I'm experiencing bloating, gas, and sometimes this weird nausea. I recently read about SNA Avipatti Choornam and how it’s supposed to help with these kinds of problems.
