I am dealing with some pretty frustrating digestive issues lately. It all started a few months ago after I got a bout of food poisoning, and since then, my stomach has not felt normal. I’ve had this ongoing bloating and discomfort, plus sometimes I feel so heavy after meals like I can't move! I tried a couple of over-the-counter meds, but nothing seemed to help.
