I am dealing with some pretty frustrating digestive issues lately. It all started a few months ago after I got a bout of food poisoning, and since then, my stomach has not felt normal. I’ve had this ongoing bloating and discomfort, plus sometimes I feel so heavy after meals like I can't move! I tried a couple of over-the-counter meds, but nothing seemed to help. A friend of mine mentioned Rajah Ayurveda Nimbadi Kashayam, and I was curious if it would really work for me. Have any of you tried it or know more about how Rajah Ayurveda Nimbadi Kashayam could help with digestion? I read that it’s supposed to balance Pitta and Kapha doshas, but I’m not sure what that even means for my situation. Would this kashayam be something that's safe for my stomach, especially since I’ve been feeling so sensitive? Or do I need a specific type to really make a difference? I guess I am just feeling desperate for some relief and willing to try anything at this point. My diet is pretty consistent, but maybe I need to make some changes too?
