I am really trying to figure out this dilemma I've found myself in. About a month ago, I got into a bit of a nasty accident while biking. Long story short, I got some pretty deep cuts and bruises. My doctor recommended a few things, but I kept hearing about SNA Shudhabala Oil from a friend who swears by it for healing and pain relief. At first, I was skeptical, but seeing my friend’s recovery was impressive. I read that SNA Shudhabala Oil can help with inflammation and bruises, and honestly, my arms and legs are still swollen and achy despite all the ointments I’ve tried. I’ve even been following some home remedies, but they haven’t done much. Just yesterday, I started using the oil more regularly, but I'm not sure if I'm doing it right.
