I am really confused about this whole digestion thing. For months, I've been having major stomach issues—like bloating and gas that just won’t quit. I read somewhere that Zandu Hinguashtak Guti might help with digestion, so I gave it a shot. The first few days were okay, but then I felt more uncomfortable. It’s been a rollercoaster, honestly!
