I am really freaking out about my health lately. Been feeling super low in energy and kinda foggy in my head, you know? A friend recommended Chirayu Abhayarishta and said it might help, but I have a lot of questions. Last month, I went to the doc and they told me my digestion wasn’t great, I guess I've been eating junk lately, but now, I wanna try something more natural like Chirayu Abhayarishta. But here’s the thing, I read online that it’s good for boosting energy and digestion, which is what I need but then I also saw some stuff that said there could be side effects? I don’t wanna make things worse. I’ve also been feeling pretty bloated after meals and like, I can’t shake off this weird tiredness in the afternoon. It's like I could fall asleep on my desk at work! Has anyone here tried Chirayu Abhayarishta? Like, what was your experience? Did it actually help with energy levels and digestion? Also, how long do you need to take it to notice anything?
