Zandu Tribang Bhasma - #30121
I am really confused and need some advice. Lately, I’ve been dealing with some pretty heavy digestive issues, like persistent bloating and cramping after meals. This all started after I went on a trip where I ate a lot of different foods I’m not used to — I think my stomach was kinda in shock, you know? I tried some over-the-counter meds, but they only helped a little (if at all), and I hate the idea of relying on those forever. I heard about Zandu Tribang Bhasma from a friend who swears by it for similar issues, saying it really balances everything out and helps with digestion. But I’m not super familiar with it or how it works. Is Zandu Tribang Bhasma something I can just take, or do I need to check with someone first? I’ve read some stuff online, but it all feels kinda overwhelming. Should I be worried about any side effects? Also, would it mix well with what I'm currently doing or eating? I just wanna make sure I’m not complicating things further. Honestly, I’m tired of feeling this way and hope Zandu Tribang Bhasma could be a solution. Any insights would really help!
