I am trying to figure out what’s going on with my health lately. About a month ago, I started experiencing some really weird digestive issues. My stomach just feels all bloated and heavy, plus I can’t stop having these strange cravings – almost like my body is in a constant battle! I read something about AVP Vayu Gulika Nos 1 that got me thinking. A friend mentioned it might help balance my Vata dosha, which seems to be the root of my issues?
