I am really struggling with my digestion lately, and my friend mentioned Vaidyaratnam Mustharishtam could help. For the past few months, I've been experiencing bloating and discomfort after meals, especially after I eat heavier stuff. I mean, I thought maybe it was just a phase, but it's been like this long enough to get me worried. Tried some common OTC stuff, but nothing seems to work. Last week, I went to my doc and they did a couple of tests, which came back normal, thank goodness. Still, I feel like I can't carry on like this. I heard Vaidyaratnam Mustharishtam can help with digestion issues and also with boosting energy levels? I'm curious if anyone has had good experiences with it? Like, does it really work?
