I am dealing with some ongoing digestive issues and I've been reading about Sitaram Varadi Kashaya on various forums. My stomach has been feeling bloated, and I've had a mix of constipation and diarrhea... which is kinda embarrassing to even admit. I've tried some over-the-counter stuff but it’s not working. A friend recommended Sitaram Varadi Kashaya because they said it really helped them, so I thought maybe I could try it too.
