Himalaya Hiowna Kidz - #34159
I am really confused about my son’s health lately. He’s been super picky with food and I feel like his nutrition is lacking. I've heard about Himalaya Hiowna Kidz from a friend, and I'm tempted to try it. But I'm not sure if it’s the best choice. My son, who’s 7, goes through phases where he just won’t eat anything but plain rice and maybe some toast, which worries me. I tried coaxing him with colorful plates and fun shapes, but nothing seems to work. He seems a bit more fatigued than usual too, and I can't help but think it's related to his diet. Last week, I took him for a checkup and the doctor mentioned something about deficiencies, which stressed me out a lot. When I mentioned Himalaya Hiowna Kidz, the doc didn’t say much. I mean, do you guys think this stuff really helps with nutrition for kids? Are there specific ways it can help or is it just yet another supplement that doesn’t deliver? Also, how does it taste? My kid is super sensitive about flavors, so I really can’t risk him rejecting it! In addition, any other tips for getting a picky eater to embrace healthier options would be great! I feel like I'm running out of ideas here. Thanks in advance for any advice!
