Aayush Ayur Bala -D - #34224
I am really confused about this whole Aayush Ayur Bala -D thing. I started giving it to my 3-year-old son a few months back because, honestly, he always seemed a bit under the weather. Coughing, sneezing, just not his usual bouncy self, you know? His pediatrician suggested trying this Aayush Ayur Bala -D stuff after seeing some low vitamin D levels in his blood tests. The first few days, I thought things improved, but then he started having random tantrums and became super clingy. Like, I can't even go to the kitchen without him crying. I read that Aayush Ayur Bala -D is supposed to help boost immunity and overall health, but I’m starting to worry if it’s really the right choice. Some other moms were mentioning how their kids also had mixed reactions to it. Has anyone else had experience with Aayush Ayur Bala -D? Should I stick with it or consider switching? Is there a specific time frame to see real results? I don’t want him to become dependent, or like, lose his natural immunity or something. Would love some feedback before I head back to the doc! Thanks in advance!

Aayush Ayur Bala -D is a formulation often used to supplement vitamin D, along with herbs that may support a child’s overall health and immunity. It’s important to consider that any supplement should be given based on the specific needs of the individual, especially children. Vitamin D is crucial for bone health and immune function, but an imbalance might cause mood changes, similar to those you described.
Firstly, if your son’s mood and behavior have shifted noticeably, it’s wise to review his overall health, diet, and supplement use with your pediatrician. The tantrums may or may not be directly connected to the supplement. Children at three years are going through many growth phases, emotionally and physically, which can cause these reactions too.
When it comes to Aayush Ayur Bala -D, consider the dosage your son is receiving. Dosage should align with what a healthcare provider recommends. Taking too much can lead to potential side effects, including irritability. Supplements may take a few weeks to months to reflect visible changes in immune health, so having some patience and a good follow-up plan is key. However, if negative behavior changes coincide with starting the supplement, it might be worth reassessing its use.
If you decide to continue, regular monitoring, both through observation and potentially further blood tests to check vitamin D levels, would be recommended to ensure no excess or deficiency. Meanwhile, support his immune system naturally through a balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables rich in vitamins like vitamin C, regular outdoor play for natural sunlight exposure, and maintaining a consistent daily routine.
Ultimately, a healthcare provider who knows your son’s medical history would give the best guidance. Discuss your concerns openly with them. It’s possible that dietary changes, or a different supplement strategy, might better suit overall.
