I am feeling kinda lost here and need some help with something I've been struggling with. A while ago, I started feeling these weird digestive issues, ya know? Bloating, discomfort after meals – its like my body doesn't know how to process food anymore! Went to a doctor and he suggested trying some herbal stuff. That's when I heard about SDM Kanakasava. Have anyone tried it? I've done a bit of research online, and it looks like this SDM Kanakasava can help with digestion, but I'm really not sure if it's what I need. I’m also a bit worried about any side effects? Like, will it interact with other stuff I take? My diet isn't super varied - I'll admit that - but since trying out SDM Kanakasava, I thought some improvement would come faster. I just started it last week, and honestly, I'm feeling slightly... off? Does it take time to kick in or is that something to be concerned about?
