उम्र:-69, हाइट:-5feet, वजन:-38kg, spo2:-92, 15 साल से शुगर:-100/200, Bp:-110/70mm, Hr-100, अभी साल से ild,(lung fibrosis) की बीमारी है सुखी खाशी, स्वस लेने में दिकत, कमजोरी,पैरोके तलवो और पीठ में जलन, छाती में जकड़न, खाना नही पच रहा,मोशन सही से नही होना, रात में 2-3 बजे तक नींद नही आती, सुबह 9-10बजे उठना, 01/10/25 से spo2:-92 या 80, लेटरिंग से आने के बाद या ज्यादा खाशी आने पर spo2-85 हो जाता ऑक्सीजन सपोर्ट देना पड़ता है 1.5 लीटर 5-8मिनिट के लिए, काने में सुबह-रात में 1-1रोटी का रहे है। 10- 15 कदम ही चलते है ज्यादा चलने पर स्वाश फूलती है
