Good day you. I would like to know what to do to heal my thyroid so she doesn't produce too much hormones and not too little as well. I have hyperthyroidism and a bit of inflammationon the right eye. Doctors say I will need the medicine I am taking for the rest of my lifebut I don't believe them because I did a one year cleanse and feel better but something is still holding me back. I also want another child . What can I do to repair my body and prepare it for another pregnancy? Thank you!

To prepare for pregnancy, focus on nourishing the body by increasing ojas, the subtle essence of all dhatus that boosts vitality. Include ghee, almonds, and saffron in your diet. Ashwagandha and Shatavari are excellent for strengthening themuscle and reproductive tissues, hence supporting fertility. They may be consumed in the form of powdered form with warm milk.

Restoring digestive fire, or “Agni,” is crucial for overall health. Consume ginger tea before meals to stimulate digestion. Engage in slower-paced activities like walking or yoga, which nurture both mind and body. Ensure you are well hydrated and get adequate sleep.
