I am feeling really lost with my health situation lately. Over the past few months, I've been dealing with some pretty annoying symptoms like fatigue, weight gain, and this constant feeling of being cold, which I learned later might relate to my thyroid. I finally got some tests done, and yep, my doctor confirmed I have hypothyroidism. My meds help a bit, but I'm determined to explore other options, too. I’ve heard a bit about Ayurveda and its holistic approach, and it got me thinking: can Ayurveda cure thyroid issues like mine? I mean, is there a real chance that natural treatments could help, or am I just dreaming?
