Maharishi Pirant Tablets are a herbal formulation designed to manage pain and inflammation in conditions like frozen shoulder. They include ingredients that promote detoxification and balance of the body’s doshas, potentially aiding recovery. However, there is no direct evidence or specific ingredient in these tablets that would cause an increase in creatinine levels. Creatinine is a waste product from muscle metabolism, and its level is often used as an indicator of kidney function.

If you’re concerned about your kidney health or changes in creatinine level, several factors could be considered. Ayurvedic approach to kidney health emphasizes maintaining a balanced diet and lifestyle to support kidney function. Include foods that are easy on the kidneys and help keep the doshas balanced. Opt for a diet rich in fruits and vegetables that are not overly spicy or salty. Hydrate adequately, but avoid excessive fluid intake if advised by a healthcare provider due to kidney concerns.

It might be helpful to monitor your creatinine levels periodically while taking these tablets and remain in consultation with your physician or healthcare provider. Ayurveda always prioritizes a holistic approach, so consider therapies that address both your frozen shoulder and overall health. Practices like gentle yoga, and specific stretching techniques can aid frozen shoulder recovery. Ensure you’re moving safely without exacerbating your condition.

If you experience unusual symptoms or if you’re uncertain about any changes, professional medical advice would be appropriate. It’s crucial to align Ayurvedic therapy with your current medical treatments. Don’t make changes to your medication based solely on your initiative. Consulting with your doctor regarding any concerns or intentions to use Ayurvedic preparations is recommended, especially in context of existing medical conditions like elevated creatinine levels.

Maharishi Pirant tablets are primarily intended for addressing musculoskeletal discomfort, specifically joint pain and inflammation, and they incorporate herbal ingredients aimed at balancing the doshas, reducing vata, and alleviating associated discomforts. Regarding it’s impact on creatinine levels, there isn’t direct evidence suggesting that Pirant tablets significantly affect creatinine levels.

However, creatinine levels can be influenced by various factors such as overall kidney function, hydration status, and other medications or supplements you might be taking. It’s crucial to first focus on monitoring your kidney function regularly if you’re concerned about creatinine, particularly since you mentioned a level of 1.36, which, while slightly elevated, is important to track over time.

When using any Ayurvedic supplement, it’s essential to ensure your body constitution (prakriti) and current dosha balance are compatible with them. Since you’re dealing with a frozen shoulder, which is often linked with vata imbalance, the use of Pirant tablets in combination with vata-calming strategies—like maintaining a warm and stable routine, incorporating sesame oil massages, and consuming a vata-pacifying diet—might be beneficial. Foods that are warm, moist, and grounding can be helpful.

Do consult with your healthcare provider or a nephrologist, especially if you have pre-existing kidney conditions or notice any new symptoms, before continuing with any supplements. Moreover, if your creatinine level starts to rise, it’s crucial to reassess the cause and make necessary adjustments. Keep communication with both your doctors and any Ayurvedic practitioners for a well-rounded approach.
