Namaste, Kat-kat sound in joints, dry skin, morning stiffness, hair fall and tiredness for many months can be related to increased Vata and also general weakness in the body. Since your stiffness is mild and manageable, there is no need to panic. This usually improves with proper routine and nourishment. You can follow these simple steps: Wake up a little early and do gentle stretching before starting the day. Do daily abhyanga (body oil massage) with warm sesame oil before bath. Take warm water instead of cold water. Avoid dry, cold, packaged and very light meals. Include warm, freshly cooked food with ghee, soaked almonds and seasonal vegetables. Sleep before 10:30 pm. For hair fall and tiredness, it is also important to check hemoglobin, vitamin D, vitamin B12 and thyroid levels once, as deficiencies can give similar symptoms. Regular routine, proper digestion and adequate rest usually help in balancing Vata and reducing stiffness gradually. If symptoms increase or pain becomes severe, then a detailed consultation is better for personalized guidance.
