I am really worried about my latest lab results. Just this past month, I went for a routine check-up and discovered my SGPT and SGOT levels are way higher than normal. I have been feeling quite fatigued and sometimes my stomach feels weird too, especially after meals. I usually try to eat healthy, like lots of veggies and whole grains, but I guess stress has been a big factor lately—between work and life, it can be overwhelming! I read a little about how to reduce SGPT and SGOT levels in Ayurvedic approach, but I’m not exactly sure where to start. I’ve heard about some herbs, like dandelion and turmeric?
