I am feeling really confused and a bit desperate right now. Lately, I've been reading a lot about shilajit, and I'm trying to figure out its actual benefits. I mean, what is the use of shilajit anyway? A friend of mine swears by it, she's been taking it for her fatigue, and she says she has a ton more energy since starting. I used to have pretty similar issues – always tired, low endurance, stuff like that. But I'm not totally sold. I found an article claiming that shilajit helps with so many things, from boosting immunity to improving cognitive function. But then I read other stuff that kinda downplayed its effectiveness... like is it really worth the money? I tried some supplements, but I’m not sure if I saw any difference. And can it really help with stress too? I mean, some days I'm just overwhelmed, and anything that could help me focus and chill out is super tempting. Also, are there any potential side effects I need to worry about? Like interactions with other things I might be taking?
