Chop the leaves into smaller pieces; this will make them easier to blend. Place the chopped leaves into a blender and add about a cup of clean, filtered water. Blend on a medium setting until it becomes a smooth puree. If the puree seems too thick or tricky to blend, add a little more water gradually.
