In a case as complex as your father’s, it is crucial to approach with caution and prioritize safety, especially given his history of a stroke and heart attack. High creatinine levels often correlate with impaired kidney function, which is a serious condition. Immediate consultation with a healthcare professional is crucial to provide appropiriate medical care.

However, Ayurveda can offer supportive herbs and interventions aimed at aiding overall well-being. Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris) is a well-known herb in Ayurveda that can aid in supporting kidney health. As your father is unable to consume orally, consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner for potential formulations that can be administered safely via other methods. Another herb, Punarnava (Boerhavia diffusa), is often used in Ayurveda for its diuretic properties, which might help in managing creatinine levels. Again, professional guidance is crucial to determine suitable application.

Assistance with a registered Ayurvedic professional is necessary to evaluate and tailoring the herbs to his specific requirements due to his age and condition. Managing his diet can also have a notable impact; avoid foods that excessively strain the kidneys, such as high-salt or high-protein diets. Rely mostly on healthcare professionals for any changes to his diet plan given the complexity of his condition.

In this case scenario, any Ayurvedic intervention should be primarily complementary and must not delay or replace essential medical treatments. The condition’s delicate nature means maintaining ongoing medical care while considering Ayurvedic support for broader wellness benefits. Always discuss any herbal uses or changes in treatment with his medical team to prevent adverse interactions with existing medications.
