I am really confused about something and need your advice. For a long time, my grandmother has been raving about how good sarso oil is for health, like it’s some miracle elixir or something. She always cooked with it, and I kind of just went along with it, ya know? But lately, I've been hearing people say that sarso oil might not be that great for everyone, especially with all this talk about oils and healthy fats. I tried doing some research, but there's just so much info, and honestly, it's hard to keep track! I’ve been feeling a bit sluggish and, honestly, not great. I eat a decent diet, or at least I thought I did, but I’m starting to wonder if it’s the cooking oil that's affecting me. I don’t know! My friends say it should be fine, but then I hear conflicting opinions, and I just don’t know what to believe. Is sarso oil good for health or should I avoid it? Like, are there specific benefits or downsides I should know about? My mom thinks it's just fine, but I can’t shake this feeling that I should be more informed before cooking with it regularly.
