I am super confused about something I read recently. For the last few weeks, I’ve been enjoying this really refreshing snack combo of curd and mango. I mean, who doesn’t love sweet, juicy mangoes with cool, creamy curd, right? But then I stumbled upon this old saying that says we should never mix them?! This has me worried, honestly. 😟 Like, just last week, I ate a whole bowl of curd with mango slices mixed in, and I felt fine. However, I’ve read that eating curd and mango together can lead to digestive issues or, like, cause skin problems. I don’t wanna risk anything. I’ve noticed sometimes my tummy feels a bit off after having this combo, but I thought it might just be something else I ate, you know? Can we eat curd and mango together, or should I stop mixing them? I really love this snack, but if it’s bad for my health, I guess I’ll have to find other ways to enjoy mangoes. What do you guys think? Any advice from Ayurvedic perspective would be super helpful!
