I just took some last night with warm milk and felt like I might’ve overdone it—like maybe 1/2 tsp instead of the recommended amount, which wasn’t a good idea. Now I’m not sure if I should have it every day or just a few times a week. I've also read that some folks mix it with honey, but honestly I'm not sure how that would taste. Plus, my stomach feels odd after using it this way, which has me worried. Does anyone have a solid answer for how to take shilajit with milk? Should I heat the milk first or just mix it in cold?
