I am really confused about this whole thing with shatavari and testosterone. I recently started feeling super drained and not myself, and after chatting with a friend who's into Ayurvedic stuff, they recommended shatavari. I did some googling, and a lot of places say "does shatavari increase testosterone?" but I'm not sure what to believe. It's like every article says something different! I've been trying to hit the gym more and honestly, my energy levels are low, like really low. I had a blood test last week, and my doc said my testosterone levels are on the lower end of normal, which makes a lot of sense given how sluggish I've been feeling lately. I’ve been taking the shatavari powder for about two weeks now, mixing it in with smoothies and all that. But then, even though I read that shatavari might help balance some hormones or maybe even increase testosterone, I keep wondering, is this really something I should stick with?
