I am dealing with this super frustrating issue — facial hair growth! Like, I started noticing some dark hair popping up on my chin and upper lip a few months ago, and it’s seriously getting me down. I tried plucking and waxing, but it just seems to grow back faster and thicker. Ugh! I've also been feeling really self-conscious about it. Anyone else have this issue? I went to the doc, and they said it might be hormonal, which is such a nightmare! I’ve read a bit about alternative solutions, like dietary changes or herbal remedies, and I’m really interested to know how to reduce facial hair growth with natural methods. Like, are there specific Ayurvedic practices or herbs that can help balance hormones or slow down this growth?
