Reading, writing के दौरान माथे, कनपटी, गर्दन के पीछे दर्द होने लगता है. यह तकलीफ बचपन से है. दूर, नजदीक चश्मे का Number सहीं है. PLEASE solve my problems. I am male 68 years old. सिर की मालिश कर लेता हूं. ठंडा कूल तेल मे से नवरत्न तेल छोड़कर कौनसा तेल medicaly proven and perfect hai. In तेलों के कौनसे side effects ho sakte hai. Please reply soon Thanks

आपके सिर के दर्द का बहुत कुछ आपके आंखों के आसपास और गर्दन के मसल्स के तनाव में छिपा हो सकता है। चूंकि आपने बताया कि आपकी आंखों का नंबर सही है, तो शायद समस्या तनाव और मुद्रा की गलतियों से हो रही है। आयुर्वेद में इसे वात दोष की वृद्धि से जोड़कर देखा जा सकता है। वात दोष का असंतुलन अक्सर सिर, गर्दन और कंधों में दर्द पैदा कर सकता है।

सिर की मालिश आपके लिए फायदेमंद हो सकती है। नारियल तेल में थोड़ी मात्रा में तिल का तेल मिला कर मसाज करना प्रभावी हो सकता है। ये तेल वात को संतुलित करने में मदद करते हैं। सप्ताह में दो से तीन बार इस तेल से सिर की मालिश करें। अगर समय पर दें, तो आप गरम तौलिये को briefly सिर पर रख कर देख सकते हैं, यह भी तनाव को कम करने में मदद कर सकता है।

अगर आप नारियल, या तिल का तेल नहीं चाहते हैं, तो ब्राह्मी या बादाम तेल का प्रयोग कर सकते हैं। ये दोनों तेल मानसिक स्पष्टता और तनाव से राहत देंगे। चूंकि आपने medically proven तेल की बात की है, आयुर्वेदिक तेलों के आधुनिक validation सीमित होते हैं, परंतु ये पारंपरिक उत्पाद काफी सुरक्षित और प्रभावशील माने गए हैं।
