Pigmentation on the forehead often signifies deeper imbalances within the body, particularly with Pitta dosha. Begin by integrating cooling and calming elements into your daily routine. Use a natural sandalwood paste mixed with rose water as a face mask; apply it directly to the affected area 2-3 times a week. This helps soothe the skin and balances heat. Internally, consuming aloe vera juice every morning on an empty stomach can aid detoxification, support liver function, and reduce pigmentation. Incorporate plenty of green vegetables, and avoid spicy, oily, and fermented foods which may aggravate Pitta.

For migraines, addressing Vata-Pitta imbalances is crucial. Regular head massage with Brahmi or coconut oil can have soothing effects. Try Shirodhara, if available, as a therapy that involves pouring warm oil over the forehead and supports calmness. Practicing pranayama, particularly Anulom Vilom and Brahmari, can regulate breath and reduce tension.
