Trigonil tablets used to help lower high triglycerides and cholesterol promotes heart health and supports overall metabolic health, it improves blood circulation regulates blood pressure and manages hypertriglyceridemia. It contains the natural herbs so if you take for long then there will be no side effects… but once in 6 months repeat your lipid profile if it’s normal give a gap of 1 month n then continue
When considering long-term use of Ayurvedic formulations like Trigonil, several factors must be kept in mind. While Ayurvedic medicines are often herbal and considered natural, continuous usage of any medicine without breaks isn’t usually recommend unless absolutely necessary. For chronic conditions like elevated triglycerides and cholesterol, addressing the root cause involves a balance of lifestyle modifications including dietary management, regular exercise, and sometimes medication.
Trigonil, often recommended for managing lipid profiles, primarily contains herbal ingredients known for their lipid-lowering properties. It’s crucial to consult the specific formulation of Trigonil you’re using, as ‘Trigonil’ may refer to different compunds based on the manufacturer. Normally, Ayurvedic formulations are supportive agents and the udse of metals like bhasmas varies depending on the brand. Always check the label or inquire with the manufacturer about specific composition.
In general, I would suggest not to rely solely on any medication for a lifetime without reevaluating periodically. It’s advisable to follow a therapeutic regimen for a certain period (typically three to six months), after which you can reassess your health progress. Depending on your response to the treatment, you could consider adjusting the regimen by reducing dosage or taking breaks as advised by your doctor.
It’s also beneficial to incorporate lifestyle changes alongside the medication. Increase your intake of fiber-rich foods, such as whole grains and vegetables, to naturally regulate cholesterol levels. Regular physical activity aids in maintaining a healthy lipid profile. Ensure to regularly monitor your lipid levels in consultation with your healthcare provider to better tailor your treatment plan. This comprhensive approach ensures your treatment is safe and effective over the long term.
