in case of pitta constitution you better prepare laddu with combination of dry fruits and add ghee.

it will be beneficail to your son

meanwhile i will advice to drink plenty of water , butter milk , milk

eat fruits and green leafy vegetable

avoid sun exposure

avoid spicy , spur and cold food

तुमच्या मुलाला हिवाळ्यात पित्त प्रकृती असल्याने लाडू बनवण्यासाठी काही खास गोष्टी लक्षात ठेवायला हवेत. पित्त प्रकृतीत उष्णता जास्त असल्यामुळे थंड वृत्तीची खाद्यपदार्थ अधिक उपयोगी ठरतील.

लाडू बनवायला अगोदर व्‍यवस्‍थ‍ित भाजणी निवडणे गरजेचे आहे. तिळाचे लाडू हा उत्तम पर्याय असू शकतो, कारण काळे तीळ शरीराला उष्णता न देता पोषक घटकही प्रदान करतात. सोबतच ओट्स देखील वापरणे फायदेशीर ठरू शकते जे पचनास मदत करतील आणि स्थैर्य देतील.

साहित्य: - तीळ (काळे) - 200 ग्रॅम - जीरीतेल - 100 ग्रॅम (तिळाचा तेल) - गुड - 150 ग्रॅम (उपयुक्त शरिराला उष्णता जास्त न देता गोडवा) - ओट्स - 50 ग्रॅम - वेलची पूड - 1 चमचा - कोमट पाण्याचे थोडेसे पाणी

क्रम: 1. सुरुवात तुम्हाला तिळाला हलका भाजून करायची आहे. काळे तीळ सुंदर सुवास मिळेपर्यंत भाजा. 2. ओट्स देखील थोडे भाजून घ्या, ज्यामुळे ते कुरकुरीत होतील. 3. एका पातेल्यात गुड वितळवून गोळा सांगा. यामध्ये थोडे तेल घाला आणि व्यवस्थित मिक्स करा. 4. आता भाजलेले तीळ आणि ओट्स सावधपणे गुडाच्या मिश्रणात मिसलावा. तेथिल वेलची पूड घाला. 5. मिश्रण थंड झाल्यावर, हळूहळू लाडू बनवा.

हे लाडू अधिकाऴ पकवू नका, कारण यातून उष्णता वाढू शकते. दिवसअ नियंत्रण ठेवून, मुलाला १-२ लाडू खाण्याची सल्ला द्या, जेणे करून उर्जासक्त राहील व अभ्यासात एकाग्रता वाढेल. तीळात जर खारी वाल (nut) असतील तर ते अधिक पोषण मिळवू शकतो. हिवाळ्यात हे लाडू बलवर्धक आणि आरोग्यप्रद असू शकतात, पण सेवनाए पूर्वी स्वतःच्या शरीराची प्रकृती लक्षात घेऊन तज्ज्ञांचा सल्ला घ्यावा.
