I am really trying to shed some extra pounds but feeling lost on how to actually make it work. It’s a bit of a struggle, honestly. My friend suggested triphala churna, and I’ve read a bit about it, but I’m still unsure. Like, when to take triphala churna for weight loss? Is it better to take it before meals or after? Do I need to mix it with water or something else? I started incorporating some healthier meals and I hit the gym at least 3-4 times a week, but the scale isn't budging much! Last week my digestion was a mess, so I thought triphala might help since it’s said to be good for that too. But I can’t figure out the timing.
