Hastmatun yaani masturbation ke baad kamzori aur bone issues se pareshaan hain, toh aap primary cause pe focus karna hoga. Ayurveda kehta hai ki excessive energy loss hone se dhatu shakti kam ho sakti hai, jo kayi baar weakness aur joint issues ki taraf le jaa sakta hai.

Digestive issues ki agar baat karein toh yeh agni yaani digestive fire ke imbalance se hota hai. Apni agni ko strong banana zaroori hai, taki jo bhi dawai ya ahar aap le rahe hain, woh properly absorb ho sake. Iske liye kuch aasan aur simple steps aap follow kar sakte hain:

1. Triphala: Shyam ko sone se pehle 1 chammach triphala powder garam paani ke saath lein. Yeh aapki digestion ko enhance karega aur toxins ko body se eliminate karega.

Hastmaithun ke baad kamzori aur hadiyon ki durbalta hona ek aam mushkil nazar aati hai jo aksar log mehsoos karte hain. Yeh sabse pehle toh shayad apke dosha mein vata ki asamanya sthiti ki wajah se ho sakta hain. Vata prakop ki wajah se uddigestion aur sapta dhatu, khaaskar asthi dhatu, me kamzori mehsoos hoti hai. Ayurvedic taur par isse sambhalne ke liye kuch kadam uthaye ja sakte hain.

Pehle toh, apne ahaar me vata ko shant karne wale tathavo ko apnaye. Iska matlab hai garm aur taral bhojan, jaise ki dal ka pani, ghee mila doodh, aur khichi khana shamil kare. Yeh sab vata ko niyantrit karte hain. Tila tel ka istemal apne khana pakane me karein, kyonki yeh vata ko shant karne me madadgar hota hai.

Digestive fire yaani ki agni ko majboot karne ke liye, har din subha haldi aur saunf ka pani peeye. Yeh apke pachan kriya ko sudharne me madad karega. Dusra, Hingvastak churna lene se bhi pachan me sudhar hote hain - isay bhojan ke baad le sakte hain.
