Your symptoms of fatigue, weakness, and digestive issues might be closely linked to both your diet and lifestyle. Chronic constipation and acidity suggest an imbalance of Vata and Pitta doshas. Addressing these can help restore balance to your system.

First, let’s tackle your digestive issues. It is essential to pacify the Vata-Pitta imbalance: start by drinking warm water throughout the day— this can help hydrate and alleviate constipation. Incorporate a teaspoon of cow ghee into your diet, preferably with warm milk at night, as it offers lubrication and soothes your intestines. A mixture of ajwain (carom seeds) and cumin can aid digestion; roast equal parts of both, grind into a powder, and take 1/2 teaspoon post meals with warm water.

Your diet should consist of warm, cooked meals and avoid cold, raw, or overly spicy foods. Favor grains like rice and oats, along with easily digestible vegetables such as squash, carrots, and spinach. Including a small serving of soaked almonds in the morning can provide energy and essential nutrients. Minimize caffeine and processed foods that exacerbate acidity.

Incorporating daily activity can reinvigorate your body. Gentle yoga or walking for at least 30 minutes a day helps stimulate both digestion and circulation. Practicing pranayama (breathing exercises) like Anulom Vilom can calm the mind and body, helping with depressive feelings.

For mental well-being, consider regular meditation sessions, starting with just 5-10 minutes daily. Allocating time for activities you enjoy calms the mind and maintain a joyful state. Drink herbal teas made from ginger, licorice, or chamomile to help soothe emotions and improve digestion as well.

If symptoms persist or if you experience severe chest or back pain, consult a health professional to rule out other conditions. Ayurvedic interventions are most effective alongside proper medical care when warranted.

Your symptoms indicate imbalance in the digestive functions, mainly tied with vata and pitta doshas. Chronic constipation and acidity could lead to poor nutrient absorption, toxicity build-up (ama), and general weakness. Here’s a structured approach to tackle this:

1. Diet: Begin incorporating foods that pacify vata and pitta. For vata, include warm, moist, and easy-to-digest foods like rice, cooked vegetables, and soups. For pitta, avoid spicy, sour, and fried items. Instead, opt for cooling foods like cucumbers, coriander, and sweet fruits. Drink warm water throughout the day to aid digestion and act as a mild laxative.

2. Herbs: Triphala churna can support digestion and elimination effectively. Take a teaspoon with warm water at bedtime. This blend not only helps alleviate constipation but also reduces ama, or toxins, in the system.

3. Daily Routine: Establish a routine that includes regular meal times and sleep patterns, as irregular habits aggravate doshas. Wake up and sleep at the same times each day.

4. Physical Activity: Gradually introduce some form of exercise like yoga or light walking, start with 15-20 minutes daily. Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) works well in revitalizing energy flow.

5. Mental Health: Incorporate practices such as pranayama, especially Nadi Shodhan (Alternate Nostril Breathing) to aid relaxation and focus. This can have a positive impact on your mood and stress levels.

6. Professional Guidance: If these symptoms continue unabated, it’s important to consult with a professional, as prolonged digestive issues and depression can have significant long-term impacts on health.

By balancing your doshas and routines, you lay the foundation for a healthier and more vibrant life. But remember, healing takes time and patience, follow the guidelines consistently.
