Namaste, Aapke lakshan Pitta aur Kapha dosha ke prakop ka sanket dete hain. Fatty liver aur cholesterol ke liye yah karein:

Diet: Tel, fried aur processed food avoid karein. Bhuna jeera, haldi aur dalchini apni diet mein shamil karein. Fresh fruits (amla, papaya) aur leafy greens khaen. Herbs & Remedies: Arogyavardhini Vati (1-2 tablets twice daily with lukewarm water). Punarnava churna (1 tsp with water) liver detox ke liye lein. Lifestyle: Din mein 30 minutes brisk walking karein. Alcohol bilkul band karein. Jaldi fal prapt karne ke liye ek Ayurvedic chikitsak se sampark karein.

Fatty liver aur high cholesterol… yeh dono conditions ko sambhalna jaroori hai, especially agar aapko alcohol peene ki aadat hai. Sabse pehle, alcohol consumption ko come karna zaroori hai. Yeh liver ke liye harmful hota hai, and aapke condition ko aur bhi complicated bana sakta hai. Agar aap gradually reduce nahi kar pa rahe ho, consult karo kisi professional se.

Ab Ayurveda ki taraf bade toh… aapka diet aur lifestyle, dono ko adjust karna hoga. Aapka liver detoxification aur metabolism improve karne ke liye, zyadah fresh fruits aur vegetables include karein—specially bitter gourd (karela), amla and beets jo liver ko detoxify karte hain. Fiber intake bhi barhayein, jaisa ki whole grains aur legumes mein milta hai.

Triphala churna ek ancient remedy hai jo liver aur digestion ke liye beneficial hai, aap isse night mein warm water ke sath le sakte hain. Lekin, kisi bhi ayurvedic churna ya herbs ko daily routine mein shamil karne se pehle, local Ayurvedic practitioner ki salha lena accha rahega.
