From an Ayurvedic view the start of high blood pressure and severe sleep disturbance around menopause points to increased Vata with hormonal depletion and nervous system strain During this stage dryness restlessness anxiety palpitations light sleep and pressure fluctuations are very common especially when the mind and nerves are exhausted

Your selection of herbs is appropriate .The main focus should be correct dose correct timing . The purpose is to calm Vata nourish the nerves support the heart and bring back natural sleep

Ashwagandha churna half teaspoon once daily at night with warm milk or warm water It helps calm the mind support stress balance and improve sleep.

Jatamansi churna one fourth teaspoon at night after food with warm water This herb is very helpful for menopausal insomnia, anxiety and mental overactivity.

Brahmi churna one fourth teaspoon in the morning after food with warm water It helps calm the nervous system and supports steady blood pressure.

Arjuna tablet 1 tab twice daily after food with warm water It supports heart strength and helps regulate blood pressure gently over time.

Shatavarikalpa half teaspoon in the morning after food with warm water It nourishes the body supports hormonal balance and helps emotional stability.

Rhodiola ,if you use it should be in a mild dose and in the morning as it can be stimulating and may disturb sleep if taken later

Schisandra ,can be taken in a low dose in the morning after food It supports stress handling and liver health which is often affected during menopause

continue to monitor your blood pressure regularly . These herbs act slowly and safely when used with consistency
