Nahi. 3-month ke baby ke dauran (especially agar breastfeeding ho) weight-loss ki koi bhi Ayurvedic dawa lena safe nahi hota. Sirf halka yoga, walk, garam pani, simple satvik diet rakhein. 6 months ke baad hi weight-loss treatment sochen.
