1. For Sleep & Overthinking (The Primary Fix) Medicine: Manasamitra Vatakam Dosage: 1 tablet twice daily (Morning and Night). With warm Cow’s Milk.

2. For Back Pain & Stiffness Medicine: Yograj Guggulu Dosage: 2 tablets twice daily. After food with warm water.

3. For Dry Skin, Hair Fall & Deep Relaxation Therapy: Daily Abhyanga (Self-Massage) – Mandatory Oil: Use warm Mahanarayana Taila for the body (Back/Skin) and Bhringraj Oil for the head. Apply warm oil all over your body 30 minutes before a hot shower.
